"We've been using MyFax for 7 months. When it works it's great. However, we've had long delays between when a fax is sent to us and when we receive it, usually several hours but it has been days. Support says this is not possible, yet it does happen. Last week it was completely down for more than a day. It is now down again and I cannot get through to support. Our business depends heavily on the ability to receive faxes. As they do not let you know what is going on and when to expect it to be resolved we have no choice but to switch to another service."

"I used eFax for a long time ... maybe 5 or 6 years. They use a software program that is installed on your hard drive just like any other program. When Windows 7 64 bit came out, they had no upgrade. The program won't install and therefore won't work. I gave them two months to figure it out and no luck, so I made the change. 1/2 the price and superb service ... who knew?? If eFax wasn't so unresponsive, I would never have realized what I was missing and how much I was paying. Thanks eFax, you made me look around and as a result I have a better, cheaper service."

"Been using them for 8+ years and they just cancelled my service with no notice because I disputed a credit card charge that I thought was in error. Because my faxes didn't go through and had to be sent many times in was charged a bunch more. Did not see this in terms and when I called the rep was really rude and said I'd have to do all kinds of things to remedy it. I've used this number for so long and I need an active Dax so I will now loom elsewhere as others are cheaper anyway. Would not recommend. Service stinks when you call for help. Never get someone I can understand. Good riddance. "
"I have been using efax for about 6 years since windows7 64 bit came into play they have been terrible. Canoot interface at all any more. Lots of fax number are incomplete and takes a long time and I mean long time to send the fax. My customers keep waiting saying nothing yet. There customer service is terrible they argue with you and get frustrated. I have a paid yearly plan and cannot get my 6 months of paid subscription back. I have switched to ring central works great with windows 77 64 bit the printer interface is hooked up and faxes immedeitly. Can hear the fax machine while I am on the phone. Half the cost of efax. Thank you efax you have saved me time and money.......Yes"

They charged a fraud charge of $10.00 And would not re-instate our account until we sent them our bank account info to show we were indeed the ones making the faxes. In this day and age of scams we were not just going to send our company info like that. I would suggest to anyone Look someplace other then eFax for service "
"I've been a customer of efax for 5 full years. We recently tried to cancel and they would not refund 7 months of prepaid service. Don't ever sign up with them! The experience I had trying to get back a simple refund of service was horrible. They treated me as though I was never a customer."
