Dream Template Review
Founded in: 2003
Company Headquarters: Los Angeles, CA
If you have some web design experience and are looking to set up
multiple websites or blogs without spending a fortune, Dream
Template may be just the service you've been dreaming of.
DreamTemplate offers over 5,000 professionally designed website
templates, and allows you to download hundreds of templates for one
reasonable yearly fee. Templates are available in Flash, Office,
Word, PowerPoint, and CSS. Unfortunately, DreamTemplate doesn't
offer a drag and drop website editor as many other web design
services do, so you must have previous experience in web-design in
order to customize your templates.
Pricing
For a yearly flat fee of $59.95 you can download up to 20
DreamTemplate website designs per day throughout the life of your
contract. You also have the option to purchase exclusive rights to
the design of your choice, which will ensure that no other website
will use the same web design template. The price for unique
templates varies between web templates, and ranges from about $1000
to over $7000.
If you anticipate that you'll need additional templates after
your first 12 months, you may want to consider investing in a
long-term plan. DreamTemplate's pricing plans are as follows:

You can either pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, or Discover. DreamTemplate offers a 30 day money-back
guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with their website templates or
services, you can request a refund within 30 days, as long as you
have not downloaded over 20 templates per day since your
registration.

Customer Service
DreamTemplate has 24/7 customer support which is limited to
emails and an FAQ section. I emailed DreamTemplate twice on a
Thursday morning, and received both responses in about 2 hours. The
responses were direct, useful and friendly.

An
email response from DreamTemplate
The FAQ section was surprisingly helpful although it was
formatted as a long list of questions that was not organized, so I
had to scroll through the entire list until I found the question I
was searching for. Although a search feature or categorized lists
of questions would have been appreciated, it was clear that
DreamTemplate really took the time to consider their users'
frequently asked questions.
