Ease of Use

ResellerClub provides a simple, 5-step process for purchasing one of their dedicated servers. Your dedicated server solution may only be as useful and effective as the support you receive. It’s not a “solution” if your business isn’t receiving the customization and attention it needs to keep your data flowing, and your systems running. ResellerClub’s customer service is accessible 24/7 with live support — not just through their website. Many companies cut corners in customer support departments to keep expenses low. However, the backlash of a poor customer experience can resonate loudly within the professional business community. Luckily, ResellerClub got that message and provides the level of technical support that is befitting a dedicated server hosting customer in today’s data-driven economy. Starting with their phone support, agents are available in all three locations: USA, UK, and India. Additionally, you can access reps via a live chat option, although; whether or not that is strictly for sales purposes, is unclear from their website.
